* Registered Nurses (RNs)
Perform initial client assessments and provide supervisory oversight of caregivers in the field.
* Companion Sitters and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)/Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Deliver quality direct care in the home with compassion, competency, and professionalism according to care plans.
* Administrators
Perform backroom operations enabling timely and accurate billings, collecting services payments, maintaining records, scheduling, managing technology, and paying agency expenses.

We will maintain the knowledge and skill necessary to provide caregiving services competently to our clients. Competence includes the wisdom to recognize our limitations and when referral or consultation with other medical professionals is appropriate.
